Description
1. Operates woodworking machinery such as power saw, jointer, mortiser, shaper and uses hand tools to cut, shape, and form parts and components
2. Trims joints and fits parts and sub-assemblies together to form complete units using glue and clamps and reinforces these using nails, screws and other fasteners
3. Sands wooden surfaces and applies veneer, stain or polish to finished items
4. Measures, cuts, shapes, assembles and joins materials made of wood, wood substitutes and other materials
5. Marks outlines or dimensions of parts on wood
