Job Description
To take responsibility for planned maintenance, of all woodwork items throughout the establishment for all areas including locks, doors and windows (excluding electronic locking systems)
To effectively undertake planned maintenance of locks in accordance with locking policy
To take responsibility for the Installation of structures and fixtures. To ensure allocated, planned maintenance and small repairs are carried out.
To carry out locking duties as required. To take accountability for ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Able to attend face to face interview in the office.
