Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide in-home care for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with household tasks and providing companionship. The Caregiver will work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that the highest level of care is provided at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration as needed.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist clients with mobility, including transferring and repositioning as necessary.
Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to healthcare professionals and family members.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of basic caregiving skills, such as personal care and household tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Compassionate and caring attitude.
Ability to lift and move clients safely.
