Job Description
- A candidate must have a strong commitment to undergo training and a desire in seeing it through to completion
- Hands-on involvement in coding their capstone project (using either Javascript, Python, PHP, Java, or C# .Net) OR great at the algorithm and problem-solving skills
- Candidates with a Github portfolio is a major plus
- A self-starter, independent and has an end goal
- Someone who is hungry and motivated to prove their skills if given an opportunity
- Willingness to invest and bet on themselves that they can make it in the IT industry
- Target Start date: Mid October - will start only once all 8 trainees are available
- Work schedule:7am-4pm (Mon-Fri). WFH with 1-day weekly meetup to office
- Successful candidate-trainees will undertake a 3-month Career Development Program (CDP) in Software
Development that covers the following:
- PHP
- ReactJS
- Javascript
- Database: MySQL
- ElasticSearch
- Basics of Mulesoft (Java)
- Basics of AWS Lambda (NodeJS)
- Requirements from Trainees
- Laptop/Desktop (optional) i5, >4GB Ram
- Internet connection (required)

Upon completion of CDP: Only the top 4 trainees based on our assessments will be converted to probationary (Probationary Rates as junior FS) employees for 3 months. They will be attached to the Development team while collaborating with other teams (QAs, Coordinators, Project Management & Business Users) in building the company's internal applications and frameworks.
