Job Description
Assessment of the new resident's needs, care planning and medicines management.
Responsible for the physical care, emotional support and assistance of people with a variety of needs.
Supporting people with social and physical activities as well as basics such as eating and drinking.
Monitoring individuals' conditions by taking their temperature, pulse, respiration and weight, and possibly helping with medication.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Candidate muust have valid PRC license
NCLEX Australia, OSCE and AHPRA passer is an advantage
