The goal is to do the following:
Inbound and outbound calls, responding to voicemails and sending links through text and email.
Create a safe environment for the caller to open up and gain their trust and confidence about their specific medical conditions and concerns.
Educate callers and help them with their options on how the procedure works in getting the medical tests.
Provide callers options and benefits in getting private testing.
Guide callers with empathy and respect to their next step which includes how to explore the campaign's website to help them with their options.
Facilitate on placing the test orders through online forms and setting up the callers online portal.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of BPO experience in a medical account or medical field
Above average english communication/conversational skills with great active listening skills
Innovative customer service skills with experience in handling very sensitive health related conditions
With emotional intelligence and good personality that can handle callers who are very sensitive in nature
The ability to give and receive feedback and criticisms positively
Good knowledge of medical terms is a plus but not necessary
Experienced in technical customer service support is also a plus but not necessary (as part of the process, will be needed to facilitate the caller in placing an order)
Experienced in consultative type of sales, no hard selling but can meet the required % conversion of the client
Multitasking skills with self-management and can work with minimal supervision
Works well with following the campaign's standard call flow scripting which at the same time allows free-flow scripting
Adapts easily to daily updates, willing to learn and is accustomed to a fast-paced environment
100% punctuality/attendance as the campaign only requires less number of team members
Best work ethics in a team work environment and is compliant with the performance quality and adherence
Amenable to shifting schedules and work on weekends
Willing to work on-site
