Job Description
Knowledgeable in installing or operating in popular car models (e.g. Citroen C3, Peugeot 209, Peugeot 209 electric car)
Installation of all nonelectrical interior/exterior components and hardware.
Bolts, screws, clips, or otherwise fastens together parts to form subassemblies, such as doors, seats, instrument control panels, steering columns, and axle units.
Seals joints and seams, using caulking gun
Fastens seats, door paneling, headliners, carpeting, molding, and other trim into position.
Assembles fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations.
Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices.
Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools such as: to drills, screw gun.
Must have general knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards.
Function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision.
Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.
May be designated according to component assembled or installed as Assembler, Engine; Assembler, Seat; or stage of assembly as Assembler, Body; Assembler, Chassis; Assembler, Final; Assembler, Trim.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
English speaking - B2 level and at least high school graduate
At least 1 year of work experience in manufacturing (Car/Automotive industry, Machine Operator)
Physically fit and clean criminal record
With a minimum height of 162 cm.
With relevant training/certifications
