CANVASSER / PURCHASER
QUALIFICATION:
Has strong communication and social skills
Required to present informational materials promoting a certain product or cause
Familiar enough with the service or cause they represent to be able to respond to inquiries
Responsible for acquiring quality materials, supplies, equipment and spare parts necessary for the company operation within the required delivery dates at the least possible cost.
Maintain information on open purchase orders and coordinating with the operation to expedite overdue orders.
Evaluate quotation and recommends award to specific suppliers in conformity with the company's procurement procedures.
Interface / coordinate with both local and foreign suppliers in negotiating prices and terms including aftersales, warranties, delivery arrangements and manner of payment.
Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
Must possess a Vocational or Bachelor in any field
Having a background experience is a plus
Knowledgeable in different suppliers, items specifications of products (Construction)
Self-motivated, has initiative, flexible, hardworking
