JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
A Camera Technician is responsible for diagnosing, installing, repairing, troubleshooting and finding solutions to technical concerns and requests of the company and its customers. they are the technical experts behind the camera operation.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensures precise and timely documentation, monitoring and reporting of repair and technical concerns.
· Ensures all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
· Works with other departments to ensure that business objectives are met.
· Performs related functions as required from time to time.
· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions in satisfaction of the customers.
· Always practice technical support with a positive attitude and a good manner.
· Collaborates with other departments to ensure that all business objectives are met.
· Performs other related functions as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications
. At least 1 year experience as a Camera Technician
. Willing to from Mondays to Saturdays
. Willing to render Overtime
. Must be willing to work in San Juan City
