Duties and Responsibilities:
management relationship
Coordinate all client needs with appropriate internal departments
Manage client expectations and provide feedback
Provide strategic solutions to enhance the business of the client
Drive day-to-day Revenue and Cost accountability throughout the organization
Ensure all Teleperformance policies and procedures are adhered to including but not limited to, Security,
HR, Operations, etc, and any known infractions of any of these corporate policies and procedures are
communicated to the proper Teleperformance Management immediately
Qualifications:
Highly competitive and must be a team player
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Analytical and should be detail-oriented
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to multi-task, can implement projects in a timely manner and successfully meet program
objectives
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications specially Powerpoint, Word and Excel
Can work under extreme pressure
Strong process flow management skills
