Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customer complaints follow up to ensure successful resolution. .LEAD GENERATION Conduct sales calls based on new leads and facilitate initial customer profiling. Assess results in order to effectively build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up to move opportunities through the sales funnel. .DATABASE MANAGEMENT Update database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information. Fulfills after-call work by diligently performing database management. .OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY Comply with internal policies, procedures, and job expectations through thoughtful planning and execution of daily/weekly/monthly targets. .PRODUCTIVITY AND INNOVATION Contribute to effective operational expense (OPEX) management .PERFORMANCE MONITORING & COACHING Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching Qualifications: .College Graduate .At least 2 to 3 experience in selling role/customer support role, call center selling account representative .Assignments in the same capacity either direct/indirect selling for at least a year .Has the ability to lead a team .Exceptional customer service, customer focus and adaptability to different customer personality types .Verbal and written communication skills along with active listening skills .With professional phone voice (pleasant to hear, well-modulated, and clear) .With good track record of achieving sales target or quota .Has the ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively .Has organization skills and attention to details .Knowledgeable in all products and services of the company .Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours .Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Roxas .Full-time positions available
