Communications and Outreach Associate is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring communications strategies for RTI; leads communications campaigns and outreach efforts ; Develops strategic partnerships and networks with local and national communications agencies, key development partners, civil society organizations Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Journalism, or Communications/Public Relations or related degree with experience and at least 3 years of relevant work experience or a master's plus 1 year direct experience. Fully competent in information systems skills, particularly in publications software
Multi-media Expert is responsible for using video, motion graphics, audio, text, and other tools to develop digital content that informs and educates about the project. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in communications or related degree and at least 10 years of relevant work experience. Excellent computer skills in common productivity programs, solid photo and video editing and basic multimedia content /web development, or a master's plus 6 years' experience
HR Manager is responsible for managing and directing all HR activities, facilitating the placement of employment adverts, facilitating the on-boarding and training of staff, drafting employment contracts request, and managing HR files. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 10 years or master's plus 6 years direct experience in Human Resource management and administration, a professional qualification in HR is a plus.
Finance Manager is responsible for RTI accounting and financial management of the project and ensures that national legislation is adhered to, and that the Philippines specific standards are applied in ensuring efficient use of resources with a role to provide finance management support. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or equivalent designation with senior level financial experience and at least 12 years of relevant work experience or a master's plus 9 years direct experience
Grants Manager is responsible for providing oversight for all grants and subcontract aspects of the project including designing, awarding, and overseeing sub-grants to local NGOs Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or equivalent designation with senior level financial experience and at least 10 years of relevant work experience in finance and grants management, or a master's plus 6 years direct experience
