• Online payment is available to accommodate order and service requirements.
• To help customers with new account applications, account verification, questions, and so on.
• Only route calls when necessary.
• To handle balance enquiries, payment settlement, and minor technical issues.
Qualifications:
• 18 years of age and above
• Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
• Preferably a college graduate of any course
