Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our Financial Tech Account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat. The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison between our company and its customers, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service to clients through phone, email, or chat.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to financial technology, including transactions, account management, and software support.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding company policies, products, and services.
Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to customer service.
Qualifications:
at least college level (can consider HS grad depending on CCE)
at least 6 months CCE
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude.
Proficiency in computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple applications and windows.
