COMMUNICATIONS AND PRODUCT TRAINER
Identifies training and development needs within the company through regular consultation and job analysis with business managers and the company's HR departments
Develops effective training programs to improve skills throughout the company
Plans and evaluates the resources needed to meet training and development objectives
Prepares progress reports and maintains employees' training records
Supervises and monitors progress made through training schemes and programs
Helps other trainers and managers solve specific training dilemmas
Keeps himself up to date with training new technologies and methodologies
Serves a liaison to employees and managers at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
Considers the cost of planned programs and keeps the company within budget
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of Bachelor/Diploma course
At least a 24 months of solid Training/Learning & Development experience in the call center industry
Results driven and people oriented/strategic and tactical in game planning
Strong to excellent communications skills to liaise with other stakeholders and be able close accounts.
Willing to work permanent night shifts but WEEKENDS OFF
Willing to work permanently in ORTIGAS, PASIG CITY
