₱ 17,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School
(or)College Undergraduate (Any) with at least 6 months Call Center Experience needed (voice)
(or)College Undergraduate (Med Course) with 6 mos healthcare experience needed
(or)College Graduate (Med Course) no Call Center Experience needed
Good communication skills
Willing to work on Site
