Job Description:
You are responsible for establishing, retaining, and deepening customer relationships by performing efficient and accurate banking transactions; and opening and closing accounts in support of Bank goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate
With 1 YEAR Call Center Experience
BPO / Any industry experience
Prior BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative
Customer Support via Inbound calls: Responsible for assisting customers with inquiries relating to: Billing, Sign-ups, Status of Service Orders, Status of Transfers
Above Average to Excellent verbal (Confident & Conversational) & written communication
Above Average to Excellent problem solving skills
Attention to detail
PC skills - Typing speed & accuracy; navigation
Customer Service skills
Objection handling
Empathetic
Resilient Flexibility to meet schedules
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
