. Excellent standard of English grammar, spelling and a clear, concise and friendly communication style.
. Prior experience in international Insurance contact centre preferred
General understanding of life insurance and group insurance
. Ability to listen attentively to customers and provide clear communication
. Customer Service skills with passion to wow customers
. excellent problem solving skills and will be quick to get to the crux of the matter
. Ability to recognize and react to unusual customer situations and take appropriate action
. Working knowledge of MS office
. Should be able to do multi-tasking, toggling between screens, handling customer voice calls and chat
. Good Typing skills, minimum 30 words per minute
