Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and smart Customer Experience Specialists (CXS) who can
provide friendly and efficient service for our Airbnb account's hospitality community. As a CXS, you will
be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
The Ideal Candidate
Completed 2 years in college
At least 6 months of chat support and 6 months of inbound customer service experience
Strong English communication skills; written and spoken
Positive, self-motivated and energetic
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Can work in Ortigas, Pasig City
