CALL CENTER AGENT
 
General Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day administrative, clerical, and operational tasks.
Assist in documentation, record-keeping, and file management.
Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to accomplish objectives.
Provide logistical and clerical support for meetings, events, and activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
Answers questions from clients.
Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.
Finds ways to sell products in the market.
Required skills and qualifications:
BS degree in marketing or relevant field
2 years related experience
Has working knowledge about ISO disciplines on QMS 9001 and ISMS 27001
Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry, including digital tools and techniques
Extensive in customer relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong people skills
Computer literate
Onsite work
Strong presentation skills
