Salary: PHP19000/month
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Requirements:
At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad | Excellent Communication skills
1 year of Customer Service Experience (not limited to BPO | working directly with customers and providing high-quality service e.g. working at Starbucks, iStore
