Ability to read from requested scripts
Maintain effective record-keeping for all calls handled
Maintain compliance and call handling requirements
Ensure all verification are of quality and within the time frame required
Ensure the accuracy of data obtained from verification records
Communicate effectively and efficiently with all parties involved in the verification process
Provide outstanding customer service experience to prospective customers
Guarantee daily, weekly, and monthly department goals are met
