·College Graduates Must have at least 6 Months of Call Center work experience;
·College Undergraduates Must have at least 2 Years Call Center Exp;
·Energetic, Emphatic, and able to solve problems is preferred;
·Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs;
·Willing to work in shifting schedule and weekends;
·Willing to work in Cubao;
·Willing to work ASAP.
