·College Graduates Must have at least 6 Months of Call Center work experience;

·Energetic, Emphatic, and able to solve problems is preferred;
·Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs;
·Willing to work in shifting schedule and weekends;
·Willing to work in Cubao;
·Willing to work ASAP.

·Answer questions about the product or service;
·Providing the most appropriate solutions based on the details provided by the customers;
·Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner;
·Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
