₱ 18,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
What are we looking for?
Completed at least two (2) years of college education
Basic computer navigation skills
Good to Excellent Communication skills & Comprehension
Experience in sales is an advantage
Experience in BPO is an ADVANTAGE but not required
Can work on site
