Call Center Agent Urgent Hiring Easy Process (Quezon City) 20k monthly
Duties and responsibilities:
-Answering inbound customer calls and providing high-quality customer service.
-Responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and processing customer orders.
-Gathering customer information and documenting interactions with customers in the company database.
-Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations.
-Staying up-to-date with product information and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
-Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.
-Meeting or exceeding performance targets, such as average handle time and customer satisfaction scores.
-Adhering to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols.
-Collaborating with other call center agents and support staff to provide exceptional customer experiences.
-Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the call center.
Requirements for the position typically include a senior high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and previous customer service experience.
