Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage high-priority accounts of our telecommunications clients
Respond to inquiries and provide solutions to customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of customer service
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Meet or exceed monthly performance goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
Previous customer service experience required, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule including night shift and weekends
Experience in managing Telco accounts preferred
