Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Qualifications:
Atleast High School Graduate
0-12 months continuous work experience BPO any industry
Prior BPO experience as a customer service representative
Customer support via inbound calls
Above average to excellent verbal & written communication
Above average Excellent Problem solving skills
Key Skills:
Attention to details
Computer skills (Typing speed and accuracy navigation)
Customer service skills
Objection handling
Empathetic
Resilient
Flexibility to meet schedules
