Davao City, Bacolod, Baguio, Pampanga, Laoag, Bataan, and Tarlac (Onsite)
Metro Manila - Antipolo, Quezon City, Pasig, Alabang, Ortigas, North EDSA, Manila, Taguig, Makati, Pasay, and Cavite (Hybrid and Onsite)
Job Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 months of BPO experience
At least High School / Senior High School graduate
Willing to work at home and on-site ( Hybrid )
Good to excellent English communication skills
With a stable internet connection at home
Job Requirements:
Provides purposeful information, coaching, and support to lower-level personnel.
Provides support, instruction, and troubleshooting help to lower-level personnel.
Schedules efforts to make certain precise telephone coverage; examines priority of telephone calls and adjusts escalated telephone calls to reassure remedy to challenges.
Prepares standardized studies to observe workload, response time, and caliber of input.
