The Customer Service Representative in a retail account is responsible for providing assistance to customers with their retail-related inquiries, including product inquiries, order status, and returns. The primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding retail-related questions, including product information, availability, and pricing.
Assist customers with order status, including tracking information and delivery updates.
Process returns and exchanges for customers, including issuing refunds and resolving any issues related to the return.
Resolve customer issues and complaints regarding retail-related services, including billing discrepancies and service quality concerns.
Provide customers with assistance in making new purchases, including product recommendations and promotional offers.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as the warehouse and shipping teams, to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications:
Amenable to work on site
At least HS Grad Average to Above Average Comms Skills
At least have 6months and up CCE
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support
