Call Center | URSN

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responding to patient inquiries: USRNs in call centers may be responsible for answering patient inquiries and providing information about medical conditions, treatments, and medications.
Assessing patient needs: USRNs in call centers may conduct patient assessments over the phone to determine the appropriate level of care and the urgency of the situation.
Providing triage: USRNs in call centers may provide triage services, which involve assessing the severity of a patient's condition and determining the appropriate course of action, which may include referring the patient to a physician or emergency services.
Conducting follow-up calls: USRNs in call centers may conduct follow-up calls with patients to monitor their condition and ensure that they are receiving appropriate care.
Documenting patient information: USRNs in call centers may be responsible for documenting patient information, including medical histories, current medications, and treatment plans.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals: USRNs in call centers may work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.

Qualifications:
- US Registered nurse and PH Registered nurse
- With active US licence (valid for atleast 6 months)
- With active PRC license (Valid for atleast 6 months)
- Must have atleast 1 year bedside experience
- Has good customer service orientation
- Knowledgeable in MS office and internet browsing
- Amenable to work in graveyard shift/shifting schedule
- Temporary Work at home (willing to relocate in Manila)
- Willing to work on Bridgetown Quezon City
- Internet speed atleast 50mbps / willing to upgrade if less than 50mbps
For Temporary Work at home set up:
- Must have stable internet connection atleast 50mbps
Salary and Benefits:
(upon hire)
- 50,000/month basic salry
- 1,000 flex fund allowance
- HMO
- 205 night shift differential
- 13th month pay
Productive premium:
- 1,000 fof Work at home (without any connectivity issues)
* to be credited as soon as you reach the ojt phase
* terms and conditions apply
* subject to change and dependent on account revenue
Upon Production:
- Eligibility for variable pay (maximum of 3,500) plus US license renewal maximum of 2 states
Upon Regularization:
- Pay stated above + leave benefits, 1 free HMO dependent
Upon Certification:
- 4,000 Account premium allowance
Signing Bonus
- 1,000 000
- Account Premium (Tenure Premium ) 50,000 crediting spread from 13th month up to 24th month of employment
Requirements
Minimum education level: Master ́s Degree
1 year of experience
