Job Call Center Agent
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Update customer information in the company's database as part of key result areas in every transaction
Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis and provide best product recommendations to new and existing customers
At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a call center setting
