Salary:
Php 17,000.00 basic pay
Qualifications:
- Preferably a College Graduate (Bachelor's degree)
- with atleast 1 year call center experiece
- Good english communication skills
- must be trainable on Medical terms
- good comprehension skills
- willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Work on site
Job responsibilities:
-Financial and accounting support: This involves handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
-Customer service support: This involves answering customer queries, resolving issues, providing information about healthcare services, and scheduling appointments.
-Data management: This involves processing and managing healthcare data, including patient information, medical records, and insurance claims.
-Administrative support: This involves managing paperwork, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
-Quality control and compliance: This involves ensuring that all processes and procedures meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
-Training and development: This involves conducting training sessions for new employees and providing ongoing professional development opportunities.
-Process improvement: This involves identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and quality.

- Php 1,000 flex fund
Upon regularization:
- Php 17,000 basic pay
- Php 2,000 account premium
- Php 1,000 flex fund
- 14th month pay
Other benefits:
- 20% night differential

- annual increase based on performance
