A Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a financial account is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and assisting with their inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts. The job duties may include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Processing account transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Providing information about account services and products.
Cross-selling financial products and services.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of financial regulations and company policies.
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
Amenable to work on site
College Level
Average Communications Skills
Applicants must be/have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Patience, empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule
