Job Description
We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare and Insurance Account.
This is for a Temporary Work From Home set up but should be amendable to work at BGC, Taguig once the pandemic is over or it is already safe to go outside.
Salary and Benefits:
25,000 Salary (Non Negotiable)
Fixed Weekends Off (Night Shift, Shift starts at 7PM)
HMO on day 1 with free dependents
With 14th Month pay
Performance Incentives

10% Night Differential
Tools will be provided once hired (Laptop, headset etc.)
Job Responsibility:
Received calls and answer inquiries from customer/ policy holders
Educate customer about the Service of the Company
Seek opportunity to upsell the Services of the Company
Respond to customer questions and concerns
Meet the desired target set for the position
Job Qualifications:
Finished at least 2 years in college
At Least 2 years BPO Experience in -Healthcare, Insurance or Financial Account
Experience must be mostly Inbound Voice Account
Must have at least 25mbps internet provider
Must be amendable to work at BGC, Taguig once the pandemic is over or it is already safe to go outside.
Also open to candidates from from areas within 2-3 hours from Metro Manila provided the requirement for Internet Speed is met and is willing to relocate in Manila once physical reporting resumes.
Must be willing to work on Night Shift (MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY)
Willing to start ASAP
