Job Call Center Agent
Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers with concerns regarding their accounts. Recommend potential products or
services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs over the phone.
What we need for the role:.
• At least 18 years of age
• A Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
• At least a high school graduate and with basic web navigation skills
• With ABOVE English communication skills
• With at least 1 year CCE or 6 months Insurance experience
