A Customer Service Representative in Customer Engagement Solutions is responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. This includes:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely manner.
Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products and services.
Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional tone throughout all customer interactions.
Documenting customer interactions and information accurately in the customer service database.
Keeping up-to-date with product information, promotions, and policies.
Escalating customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
Amenable to work on site
Atleast 18 years old
Good-Excellent Communication Skills
Applicants must be/have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Patience, empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule
Requirements
