The Customer Service Representative for Internet Television is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to users of our internet television service. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, answering questions about our products and services, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, and provide prompt and courteous assistance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with internet television service, including connectivity, streaming, and device compatibility issues.
Guide customers through the setup and installation process of internet television service and related equipment.
Assist customers with billing and payment inquiries, including explaining charges, processing payments, and updating account information.
Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or management as needed.
Educate customers on our products and services, including new features and upgrades, and encourage customers to try new offerings.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and support tickets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and feedback.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time.
Qualifications:
At least 6 mos CCE (ANY CCE - international, local, non voice, blended)
Above Average Communications Skills
Amenable to work on site
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
