We are urgently in need of Experienced Customer Service Representatives to profile for our Travel , Telco or / and Banking Accounts to start ASAP.
The purpose of a travel agent is to sell transportation and accommodation to individuals and groups planning trips. They provide advice on travel destinations, plan itineraries, and collect payments. These professionals are passionate about travel with an aptitude for sales and customer service.
A telephone company (telco) provides telephone and data communication services. Most telephone companies offer Internet/telephone packages for a fixed monthly fee. Bundled telephony services are usually cheaper than individual services.
Bankers, also known as retail bankers, interact with clients on a daily basis by assisting with services such as setting up checking and savings accounts, authorizing loans, and moving money. They also counsel clients on banking products and services.
NON-NEGOTIABLE QUALIFICATIONS
-High school diploma with 1 year of relevant experience ( BPO or NON-BPO)
-Courteous with strong customer service orientation
-Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
-With Excellent English communication skills
-Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
-Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
-Ability to work on night shift, as needed
-MUST BE WILLING TO START ASAP
-WILLING TO WORK ON SITE
