Call Center Agent Health Care Account
Healthcare specialists work in a variety of settings within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and insurance companies. Conducting assessments: Healthcare specialists may be responsible for conducting assessments of patients to determine their needs, diagnose medical conditions, and develop treatment plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing patient care: Healthcare specialists may provide direct patient care, including administering medication, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patients for changes in their condition.
Educating patients and families: Healthcare specialists may be responsible for educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals: Healthcare specialists work as part of a team of healthcare professionals, and they collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to provide high-quality patient care.
Managing medical records: Healthcare specialists are responsible for managing medical records, ensuring that they are accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures: Healthcare specialists may be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to patient care, quality improvement, and safety.
Researching healthcare topics: Healthcare specialists may conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare trends and advancements in their field.
Providing administrative support: Healthcare specialists may provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient accounts, and processing insurance claims.
Monitoring healthcare trends: Healthcare specialists are responsible for monitoring healthcare trends and identifying areas for improvement in patient care and healthcare systems.
Ensuring regulatory compliance: Healthcare specialists ensure that healthcare facilities and providers are in compliance with regulations, such as HIPAA, and other legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Completed 2 years in College ( with atleast 72 units) + 6 months BPO experience
- Graduate of 4 years course with atleast 3 months BPO experience
- Has a good customer service orientation
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays
- Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
- Available to start ASAP
- Willing to work on site
Salary and Benefits:
- 14,00/month Basic Salary
- 20% night diff
- Day 1 HMO
- HMO for 1 dependent upon regularization
