Duties and Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from clients seeking to place purchases, address questions, handle complains, solve major customer service issues, and give basic information.
Qualifications:
• Applicants should be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
• Willing to work on shifting schedules/holidays/weekends
• Good communication and computer navigation skills
• Willing to work full time
• Willing to undergo the whole recruitment process
• Willing to start immediately
• Must not have conflict of interest such as plans to study/enrolled or work abroad
