Handling incoming phone calls, assessing callers' issues and complaints, offering appropriate answers, attending to customers' requirements, providing a useful information.

Requirements:
• Work on site
• Communication skills is above average
• At 1 year Call Center experience
• Willing for a Day shift schedule
• Valid NBI clearance is required but can endorse with a scheduled NBI release
• Must have reach college level education attainment for old curriculum / can accept Senior High School grad for new curriculum
