Job Description:
You are responsible for establishing, retaining, and deepening customer relationships by performing efficient and accurate banking transactions; and opening and closing accounts in support of Bank goals and objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Addressing client questions or demands
Guaranteeing that consumer demands are handled properly and effectively
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Providing high-quality service in a pleasant, competent, and professional manner
Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization's products or services.
You are a perfect candidate for this job if you:
At least High School Graduate
0-12 months of continuous work experience
BPO / Any industry experience
Prior BPO experience as Customer Service Representative
Customer Support via Inbound calls: Responsible for assisting customers with inquiries relating to: Billing, Sign-ups, Status of Service Orders, Status of Transfers
Above Average to Excellent verbal (Confident and Conversational) and written communication
Above Average to Excellent problem solving skills
Attention to details
PC skills - typing speed and accuracy; navigation
Customer Service Skills
Objection handling
Empathetic
Resilient
Flexibility to meet schedules
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
