Location: BACOLOD
Position: Customer Service Rep
Account: Health care | Travel (Work From Home/Work onsite)
Set up: Work from home and work Onsite Set up
Qualification:
o High school Graduate
o At least 6 months of solid BPO experience
o Strong verbal and written English communication skills
o Positive, self-motivated, and energetic.
o Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts).
o Computer literate and good web navigation skills
o Must be self-confident and self-motivated
o Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts.
o Sales background is a plus but not required
o Available to start ASAP
