The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients of a business services account. The CSR will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on services and offerings. They will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and detailed information about business services offerings, including billing, account management, and technical support.
Process client requests and service orders accurately and efficiently.
Resolve client complaints and issues by investigating and taking appropriate action.
Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional client service.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
Meet or exceed client service targets and goals.
Stay up-to-date with business services offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
