We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Call Center Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and meet or exceed performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and through email
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers in a timely manner
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
Meet or exceed performance goals, including call volume and quality metrics
Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the company's database
Continuously improve product and service knowledge
Requirements:
Have at least 6 months (continuous) voice (inbound/outbound) BPO experience. Sales Experience is a plus
Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
Good analytical and conversational skills (good grammar)- Diploma is not required
No prior application with Teleperformance in the last month or 2 months if endorsed by a different BP
Willing to work onsite in Ayala Makati
