Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
-Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to resolve their inquiries.

-Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call handle time and customer satisfaction.
-Continuously improve customer service skills through training and coaching.
Requirements:
-Senior High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
-1+ years of customer service experience, with a strong preference for call center or phone-based support.
