You'll play a key role in maintaining quality standards, scoring calls objectively, and giving feedback that directly helps consultants improve and succeed.This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours/week) where you'll receive hands-on training, sample calls, and full support from our Team Leads and Coaches. It's a perfect opportunity for someone who loves structure, values consistency, and wants to grow alongside a high-performing team.What You'll DoCall Auditing & Evaluation
Review and audit consultant calls following a structured template and rubric.
Score calls objectively based on defined performance criteria.
Document feedback, observations, and scoring results clearly.
Escalation & Collaboration
Identify and flag calls that require escalation or coaching intervention.
Collaborate with Team Leads and Coaches to support ongoing training and performance improvement.
Confidentiality & Accuracy
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling all call-related information.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
Good written communication skills for clear documentation.
Ability to remain objective and consistent in scoring.
Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Previous experience in auditing, quality assurance, or call reviews is a plus, but not required.
