CAKE SHOP CASHIER
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Branch Cashier with Cake Lettering skills to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Branch cashiering duties.
Perform cake lettering upon check out of orders.
Assist with food delivery bookings, ensuring accurate and timely coordination of orders and deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service, both in-person and online, addressing customer inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cashier in any Cake Shop.
Proficient in cake lettering techniques and able to create visually appealing designs.
Strong understanding and experience with various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with food delivery platforms and experience in managing bookings is a plus.
