Experience and Skills:

Creative decorating skills, including icing, fondant, and sugar work.

Experience with baking equipment and tools.
Expertise in laminating dough to create light and flaky pastries.
Experience with fermentation and proofing processes.
Ability to work with butter and dough temperature management.
Education and Training:
Culinary arts degree or diploma from a recognized institution (optional but beneficial).
Apprenticeship or hands-on training under experienced bakers.
